Secrets keep spilling about the upcoming 1-Series M car. Rumors are rampant, but we recently acquired some reliable info pertaining to the car from an insider at the BMW Power of M 2010 event.
According to the source, there will only be 2,700 of these cars made! There is no doubt this car will be in high demand. The car will be produced in only 3 colors: Alpine White, Jet Black and Valencia Orange. It will only be available in manual transmission.
For external looks, it will sport wider fender flares, “CSL-style” wheels, a spoiler on the rear, and gills on the side just like those found on the M3.
The car’s official unveiling will be at the 2011 Detroit Auto Show, and it will be available for sale in the spring of 2011.
